The MANITOU LOFT rents for $125 for one night, $110 per night for more than one night, and when staying 7 nights, the 7th night is free, based on double occupancy
$10 for each extra person, maximum of 2 extra.
Weekly and monthly rate is negotiable. Permanent rental would be considered; monthly rate to be determined.
